About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Paid Media Specialist/Manager in our Kolkata office.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional skills in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other emerging channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from audience research and keyword targeting to ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.

In addition to these core responsibilities, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy, analyzing campaign data to provide actionable insights, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing, with a strong background in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: audience research, keyword targeting, ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
  • Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize results.
  • Experiment with A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
