Job Title: Supplier Technical Performance Manager

  • Measure and report on supplier performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain tools used for KPI calculation
  • Establish relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives
  • Identify root causes of performance issues and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions with suppliers
