About this leadership role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversee program implementation
- Develop a vision for GO-HRM systems within JEEViKA, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader HR strategy and Vision 2030 priorities
- Review and integrate frameworks for competency mapping, competency development, and performance metrics to support evidence-based decision-making
- Lead the roadmap for E-HRMS, Learning & Performance Management System integration into JEEViKA's operational ecosystem, facilitating smooth collaboration and knowledge transfer between external agencies
- Co-develop an action plan with external agencies for completing tasks within specified timeframes, providing technical inputs and reviews on deliverables prepared by the agencies
- Provide regular guidance to agencies and Program Manager - Human Resource Systems to avoid derailers and delays in successful implementation
- Integrate best practices, industry trends, and innovative methodologies into the GO-HRM process, developing it as an exemplar model of human resource management for government departments
- Facilitate the development and interlinking of systems like E-HRMS and Learning & Performance Management Platform, ensuring seamless integration into the broader HR strategy of JEEViKA, including performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Ensure that the GO-HRM system is effectively integrated into JEEViKA's HR infrastructure, supporting strategic decision-making and organizational success
HR Data Systems and Digital Integration:
- Drive a digitized HR data infrastructure to support informed decision-making
- Facilitate the creation of dashboards, talent reports, and competency-based profiles using HRIS, enhancing visibility and insight into organizational performance
Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Design frameworks and guidelines for robust performance appraisal systems linked to individual, team, and institutional outcomes
- Foster a competency-driven capacity development strategy using blended learning models, promoting skills growth and employee engagement
- Institutionalize talent development pathways for various positions within JEEViKA, driving career advancement and succession planning
Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance:
- Build and maintain partnerships with senior leadership at JEEViKA and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and influencing outcomes
- Facilitate consultative processes, knowledge-sharing workshops, and policy dialogues, promoting transparency and accountability
- Submit progress reports and attend briefing meetings and discussions with donor representatives under the supervision of Director-Strategic Partnerships & Systems
- Assume accountability for the quality and timely completion of final deliverables, upholding professional standards and expectations
- Ensure timely and quality reporting to donors and PCI leadership, maintaining open communication channels and responsive relationships
Monitoring, Learning & Knowledge Dissemination:
- Define and operationalize M&E frameworks to track progress and effectiveness of GO-HRM implementation, informing strategic decisions and adaptive management
- Synthesize learnings and produce policy notes, technical briefs, and knowledge products for dissemination, sharing insights and expertise with stakeholders
- Represent PCI and the GO-HRM initiative in high-level meetings, consultations, and donor platforms, advocating for the initiative's goals and values
Other Responsibilities:
- To undertake any other relevant duties as required, contributing to the success of JEEViKA and its programs
