Strategic Storyteller

As a Strategic Storyteller, you will be responsible for developing and leading customer-centric creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategic narratives that drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Translate customer insights, trends, and data into compelling concepts that improve conversion rates and retention.
  • Design messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.
  • Partner with performance marketing, product, design, and analytics teams to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is required.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space, is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels. They will be able to translate data into actionable strategies and provide strategic guidance on creative assets, visuals, storytelling approaches, and customer journeys.
