Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM iSeries Developer to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have expertise in the IBM AS400 iSeries platform and RPGLE programming. The ideal candidate will be able to create robust, efficient and scalable solutions using their knowledge of Integrated Language Environment (ILE) and ability to debug RPG/CL programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement high-quality code using RPGLE programming language.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale applications using ILE.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and resolve them efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM AS400 iSeries platform and RPGLE programming.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Language Environment (ILE).
  • Ability to create sub-procedures, subroutines and service programs.
  • Familiarity with SEU, PDM, DFU and Spool files.
  • Experience with iSeries Navigator and Integrated File System (IFS).
  • Knowledge of Web Services, XML, HTML and JavaScript is an added advantage.
