Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee our Data Engineering services, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver high-quality data engineering services across multiple clients, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement efficient operating models, enhancing service delivery and reducing downtime.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Lead a team of data engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive transition from project-based work to managed services, maintaining knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in managing data engineering service delivery, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a customer-centric focus.
