Job Title: Product Security Engineer II

FICO, a leading global analytics software company, is seeking an experienced Product Security Engineer II to help businesses make better decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support security governance for customer-facing products and services across product development lifecycles.
  • Execute security review processes, manage exceptions, and coordinate with development teams to ensure secure product delivery.

About the Role

  • Manage end-to-end security sign-off processes across multiple product development streams.
  • Coordinate security review workflows, tracking timelines and ensuring compliance.
  • Lead exception management program including intake, assessment coordination, and approval tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-functional security program meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop security program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee security risk posture documentation and communicate risk trends to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate AI governance processes for generative AI implementations.
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within security operations.
  • Establish security program documentation, standards, and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years experience in program/project coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with security review processes and exception management.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management.
  • Security-related certifications or training.
  • Background in security operations or product development support.
