**Identity Governance & Administration Expert**

As an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • Designing and developing IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Performing technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client interactions and stakeholder management
  • Deploying, monitoring, resolving incidents, and managing service requests

Required Technical Competency includes:

  • Well-versed with SailPoint IdentityIQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request processes
  • Hands-on experience in developing, configuring life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, quick links, etc. in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Experience in troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, administering, operating, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ performance optimization and tuning, Linux commands, JVM configuration, basic database queries, integrating AD, LDAP, Webservice, Databases, and other systems/business applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
