Principal Mechanical Designer

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled mechanical engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing major components or major portions of aircraft systems, including oxygen systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the engineering change management process using Teamcenter software.
- Develop data and make parametric models and notes for design proposals.
- Investigate pertinent design factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment, interchangeability, replaceability, strength-weight efficiency, and contractual specification requirements, regulatory requirements, and cost.
- Communicate effectively with business units in USA and Germany through written and verbal communication to achieve successful job performance.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of industry experience in new product development, manufacturing, project engineering.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and/or a master's degree in mechanical design, manufacturing, production engineering.
- Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and project engineering.
- Knowledge of machine design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
