Designing Digital Experiences

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative digital solutions for financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with expertise in designing web and mobile applications. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for internal and external banking websites, native mobile banking applications, and web applications;
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of projects;
  • Develop and maintain high-quality design assets, including graphic design elements, icons, and typography;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge;

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience & Education:
5+ years of experience in UX Design, Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science;
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing web and mobile applications;
Excellent understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs.
Skills & Tools:
Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools;
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AngularJS;
Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral;
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
