Job Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive design strategies for enterprise web applications from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with user needs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Transform complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct thorough research, usability testing, and feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards, fostering inclusive user experiences.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge AI-enabled design tools to accelerate design iterations and prototyping.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
