Designing the Future of Financial Applications

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation enterprise financial applications.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web & mobile apps that make money management, investments, and financial services seamless for individuals and businesses.
  • Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with product managers & developers to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems for enterprise-level applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and usability practices to ensure our applications remain competitive and user-centric.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Freshers with strong design portfolios are encouraged to apply, but experienced designers with enterprise app design experience will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / InVision is essential for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and design systems is required.
  • Understanding of user research, personas, and usability testing is crucial.
  • Ability to design enterprise app interfaces (dashboards, workflows, data visualization) is necessary.
  • Good problem-solving, creative thinking & communication skills are a must.
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) – although not mandatory, would be an added advantage.
