Job Title: Internal AuditorDescription:

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of various areas of the company to assess controls over operational efficiencies, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audit reviews of various areas of the company to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide risk assessment exercises to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant information to support audit findings.
  • Assist in conducting fraud and other investigations as directed by senior management to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document processes to facilitate improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare Audit Committee Reports and papers to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager or 5-6 years of experience as a Manager in internal audit, with qualifications such as CA/CPA.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • A working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are essential for success in this role.
