Job Description:

This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting business growth. As a Pursuit Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality proposal documents and supporting materials in response to RFPs/ITTs.

  • Work collaboratively with client-facing teams to produce key proposal collateral, including agenda slides, proposal documents, and presentation materials.
  • Utilize project management frameworks and virtual war rooms to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our firm's guidelines, processes, and brand guidelines to ensure all proposals meet minimum standards.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines with close attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with senior stakeholders and client-facing teams.
  • Proven project management skills, with a focus on collaboration, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving goals.
