Training and Development Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Training and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training sessions across various locations. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation, program management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead a team of trainers to ensure consistent delivery and achieve annual L&D goals.
  • Coach, mentor and develop trainers in their roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs strategically and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning and Development or HR.
  3. Strong facilitation, program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  4. Ability to inspire, coach and drive continuous improvement.
