**Job Title:** Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of investment portfolios to ensure optimal returns.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct thorough research on investment opportunities to minimize risk and maximize returns.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional qualification in law, finance, accountancy, business management, or a CFA charter.
  • At least five years of experience in related activities in the securities market, including portfolio management, stock brokerage, investment advising, research analysis, or fund management.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in portfolio management or investment advisory services, or in areas related to fund management.

**Benefits and Requirements:

  • Eligibility to register with SEBI.
  • Appropriate infrastructure, including office space, equipment, and personnel.
  • A compliance officer appointed by the applicant.

**Other Key Information:

  • The applicant's net worth must meet separate requirements under PMS regulations.
  • No involvement in litigation or conviction for offenses involving moral turpitude among applicants, directors, principal officers, or employees.
