Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to lead our architectural projects. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend key project meetings to communicate and coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers.
  • Analyse architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevations, schedules, and other design documents.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, and finishing details, developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Coordinate interfaces between engineering and project management teams, ensuring effective information transfer.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, adhering to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Highly creative individual with an eye for details.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong imagination and ability to think in three dimensions.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
