Key Responsibilities

This role involves advanced troubleshooting of complex technical issues related to Windows systems and Azure cloud infrastructure. This includes root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.

The position also requires designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a key aspect of this job. It involves developing and maintaining infrastructure as code using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and maintaining scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate routine tasks, deployments, and system administration processes.

Implementation and Maintenance

  • Implement and maintain security best practices within the Windows environment and Azure cloud, including access control, encryption, and threat mitigation.

Monitoring and Optimization

  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization for both Windows servers and Azure cloud resources.

Documentation and Collaboration

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
