Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in various locations across India.

  • This role involves defining and executing the go-to-market plan for the region to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • You will establish relationships with healthcare institutions & key opinion leaders, act ethically, and prioritize patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in your assigned region.
  • Determine market potential, prioritize portfolio opportunities, and develop the go-to-market plan.
  • Drive optimal operating mechanisms to track progress and deliver on fulfillment targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clinicians and key opinion leaders in core areas.
  • Establish Memoranda of Understanding and grow business engagement with key healthcare customers by delivering solutions.
  • Nurture professional society stakeholders within your geographical area.
  • Plan and conduct regional and local marketing events.
  • Stay up-to-date with Next Generation Sequencing and standard of care in Prenatal and pediatric genetics.
  • Be accountable for sample/case progression from order to reporting.
  • Act as primary customer point of contact and resolve issues for your assigned region.
