Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Debt Syndication Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial management department, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end deal cycle of debt syndication projects.

Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients and develop strategic relationships to generate new business opportunities in debt syndication. You will conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

You will lead the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution of debt syndication projects. Your expertise in financial modeling, loan syndication, project financing, and debt restructuring will be essential in providing expert advice and guidance to clients.

Additionally, you will manage relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and other stakeholders to optimize financing terms and conditions for clients.

You must have a proven track record of successful business development in debt syndication or related financial services. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing the entire deal cycle of debt syndication projects is required.

You should possess strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also essential.

A strong analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in debt syndication are mandatory.

You will work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders is critical to your success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful business development in debt syndication or related financial services
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing the entire deal cycle of debt syndication projects
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
