Technical Innovation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Innovation Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing automation frameworks and test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in SDET/test automation roles and a thorough understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, QA methodologies, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automation frameworks and robust test suites for web, mobile, and API applications.
  • Implement advanced test strategies—functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing powered by AI-driven agents and large language models.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define intelligent test coverage leveraging AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.
  • Drive CI/CD pipeline integration for scalable automation; continuously lead improvements in reliability, maintainability, and rapid feedback cycles.
  • Investigate bugs, debug applications, and automate root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.
  • Mentor junior QA and automation engineers and actively participate in rigorous code and design reviews.
  • Champion the latest testing trends—integrating AI, agentic approaches, and LLMs in automated test authoring and validation.
Requirements
  • A strong proficiency in Java or a similar language is required.
  • Mastery with test automation tools is also necessary.
