Job Title: Automation Support EngineerRole Overview:

  • CCNA and CompTIA Security+ certifications

Senior Role Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage Backbox automation and compliance
  • Automate network and security tasks
  • Troubleshoot workflows and backup integrity issues
Requirements for Senior Role:
  • Hands-on experience with Backbox, scripting skills in Python, Ansible and Shell, networking basics
  • CCNP, ITIL and Automation frameworks such as Terraform
Lead/Senior Responsibilities:
  • Architect enterprise automation frameworks using Backbox
  • Define governance, compliance and standards
  • Integrate Backbox with multi-vendor platforms
  • Mentor junior engineers
Expert Level Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in Backbox, DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • CCIE, DevNet Expert and ITIL Expert certifications
