Talent Acquisition Manager Position Overview

This key role supports high-volume hiring for our organization, partnering closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective strategies to attract top candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the TA Head and works collaboratively with business leaders to determine talent requirements and drive recruitment efforts.
  • Leads volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams, focusing on acquiring skilled professionals who can deliver exceptional results.
  • Develops overall talent strategy, including determining staffing needs, skills, and experience required to meet client expectations and enhance team performance.
  • Designs, plans, and executes recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Provides expert recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring seamless end-to-end recruitment processes from initial approval to onboarding.
  • Drives special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Ensures all aspects of recruitment and selection processes are followed, including cost-effective sourcing methods, interviewing protocols, assessments, background checks, and offers.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 12+ years of related experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing people and driving successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems, with a focus on leveraging technology to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and operate autonomously while maintaining strategic focus.
