Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Manager to help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, be passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  2. Researching best practices in Talent Acquisition across the industry, selecting the most effective recruitment strategy, and implementing changes to enhance TA process efficiency.
  3. Creating Recruitment Dashboards and providing analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations, and action plans based on them.
  4. Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  5. Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  6. Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and tools to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  7. Implementing effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  8. Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
  9. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  10. Enhancing the organization's employer brand to attract top talent through various channels such as social media, industry events networking & Campus.
  11. Ensuring consistency in communication, and branding across all talent acquisition touchpoints by developing compelling employer branding materials, including job postings, employee testimonials, and company profiles.
  12. Driving employee Induction and onboarding for all the new joiners within TAT.
  13. Building strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  14. Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  15. Identifying, evaluating, and managing vendor partnerships, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology providers, to augment internal recruitment efforts.
  16. Negotiating contracts and service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  17. Monitoring vendor performance and tracking key metrics to assess the effectiveness of vendor partnerships and make data-driven decisions.
