Job Description:

The Integration Project Manager will lead middleware-based API and system integrations for our WealthTech platform. This is a critical leadership role ensuring seamless integration of core wealth management platforms with external systems and services.

This position requires expertise in project/program management of API & middleware integrations, as well as experience in the wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain.

You will be responsible for defining project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations, and coordinating service requirements between developers and business teams.

A key aspect of this role is tracking and managing integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SFTP.

You must have strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP) and familiarity with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).

Additionally, you should have exposure to Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of IT experience
  • 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations
  • Mandatory: Experience in the wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain
