Job Opportunity: IFS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of implementing IFS projects to join our team as an IFS Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IFS projects within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Establish project timelines, monitor project deliverables, and provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders or team members.
  • Team Support: Coach and support project team members on assigned tasks.
Required Competencies:
  • IFS Knowledge: Good knowledge of IFS processes and implementation methodologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IFS ERP latest version implementation methodology, familiarity with IFS ERP technology and functions, hands-on experience with IFS Cloud, V10, AURENA technology and functions.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of local financial constraints.
Required Experience:
  • IFS Background: Minimum 10 years of experience in IFS ERP EAM/Finance/Manufacturing/Projects module, relevant experience as a Functional Consultant in IFS ERP, knowledge of various business domains.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in IFS ERP V10, Relevant experience in IFS ERP Cloud V10, 9, 8, working experience in other functional modules (e.g., SCM, Maintenance, Quality Management, Sales CRM SRM, Projects and Contracts Management), experience in basic technical areas (development and configurations).
