Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our Risk & Compliance function, you will play a critical role in helping us strengthen our control landscape and support the establishment of new, and delivery of existing core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and execute KYC relevant processes, including customer screening, following a defined process and utilizing dedicated tooling.
- Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product Sales and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and the associated projects.
- Support third-party risk management activities, such as third-party screening.
- Identify and escalate materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.
We are looking for a candidate who is naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence. You should understand compliance, sales processes, customer screening and KYC processes. You should speak fluent English and communicate effectively and efficiently. You should have more than 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry. Risk Management is your forte and you're comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes. You should have experience with sales, sourcing, procurement, contract management and relevant processes in a global entity.
