Leading Finance Operations Manager

Overview
This role is responsible for leading finance operations for an India-based entity. It demands strong technical, regulatory, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting, taxation, compliance, audit support, and financial reporting in alignment with Indian regulations and US parent company requirements.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) and active member of ICAI.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in Indian tax laws (GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, etc.).
- Experience managing finance for an Indian subsidiary of a global company.
Technical Skills
- ERP expertise.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong grasp of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and US GAAP.
- Direct and indirect tax compliance.
Soft Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Multitasking and time management in high-pressure environments.
- Ethical and integrity-driven work style.
