Finance Operations Lead

We are a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) and embedded payment solutions, serving clients across various industries.
The Role:
- Lead the financial operations team, overseeing accounting and financial management activities.
- Responsible for month-end close, compliance, and process improvements.
- Manage daily bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting:
- Month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Critical journals for accruals, prepayments, and payroll.
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Compliance & Audit:
- Annual statutory accounts and external compliance.
- Financial processes adherence to local regulations and IFRS standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles.
- Monitor key cost lines to ensure financial projections.
- Payroll & HR Collaboration:
- Daily payroll process execution and management.
- Process Improvement & Leadership:
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
- Mentor and manage direct reports for upskilling and growth.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant qualification from a recognized body.
- 6+ years of finance or accounting experience.
- Experience in running payroll and managing financial compliance in India.
- Expertise in month-end close processes and IFRS application.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
