Electrical Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronic Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various electronics/electrical components and be able to assist in the delivery of efficient engineering solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods
  • Work on obsolescence activities, qualifying replacements, performing testing, and releasing them into the system with documentation
  • End-to-end ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and qualify engineering solutions
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that become detailed drawings for manufacturing
  • Participate in design reviews to present designs throughout the different phases of design and development
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
  • Master's degree preferred with 1 year of experience
  • Comfortable working with US-based timings
Mandatory Skills:
  • Good understanding of electronics components, schematics, and system interconnect
  • Ability to select and recommend components based on application and circuit requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Critical/system-level thinking
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with part lifecycle management, change orders using PLM systems
  • Knowledge of electronic components obsolescence
  • Understanding of PCBs and components
  • Hands-on experience with bench-level and system-level testing of electronics components
  • Hands-on experience with AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software
