Generative AI Developer Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Generative AI professionals to create and deploy cutting-edge solutions. This is a high-impact role for engineers passionate about large language models, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering — with opportunities to work across advanced AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop novel Generative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Build, integrate, and fine-tune large language models and AI models into production environments.
  • Implement robust RAG pipelines and manage vector databases effectively.
  • Apply prompt engineering and tokenization techniques for optimized outputs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Test, deploy, and monitor models for performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in Generative AI, tools, and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Generative AI - 1.6+ years.
  • Agentic AI - 6+ months.
  • Python programming language - 3-5 years (with prompt engineering experience).
  • Large language models - OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • LangChain libraries and AI agents.
  • Cloud computing expertise - Azure preferred (AWS/GCP also acceptable).

Good to Have:

  • Experience with MLOps and DevOps best practices.
  • Cloud deployment expertise - Azure, GCP, AWS.
  • Familiarity with scalable AI production environments.
