Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly and quarterly financial MIS closure process, analyzing business trends, and providing insightful recommendations to senior management.

  • Manage the monthly and quarterly financial MIS closure process to reflect the latest business results.
  • Analyze business trends and provide detailed insights to senior management.
  • Prepare comprehensive business review and operations review presentations.
  • Develop and submit regular reports to the Global FP&A team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives:
  • Work closely with Senior Manager FP&A on strategic matters and financial priorities.
  • Manage the review process of strategic cost-out initiatives.
  • Contribute to and drive key projects under FP&A head direction.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA from a top-tier college with at least 5+ years' experience in FP&A, including global reporting roles in an MNC company.
  • Expertise in working with large amounts of data, facts, figures, and number crunching.
  • Experience in multi-country setups with operations in over 100 legal entities.
  • Hands-on experience in forecasting, compiling P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing is mandatory.
