We are seeking a Manual tester with Workday and Team Lead experience with any domain experience from Workday with excellent Communication skills and experience of ADP Payroll, UKG Time capturing and Workday implementation.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Test Lead who can oversee the testing of software features, quality review of various applications, and project management to ensure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks, and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects. The ideal candidate will assist in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing, provide suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes, and lead/mentor Test Engineers and share knowledge to ensure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews client requirement and provides feedback
  • Creates test plans, test schedule, week-over-week plan and strategy
  • Re-evaluates the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
  • Overses testing of software features
  • Overses quality review of various applications
  • Overses projects to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks, and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects
  • Overses implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests
  • Assists in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing
  • Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
  • Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions

Qualifications:
  • Experience in testing various applications, services, and user interfaces
  • Experience in ADP Payroll, UKG Time capturing, and Workday implementation projects preferred.
  • Experience in managing a team of QA Engineers
  • Experience in communicating with clients
  • Understanding of test-driven development
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices & methodologies
  • Familiarity with various defect management systems
