About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Workday - Systems Analyst who can maintain the Workday HCM alongAbsence, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Help modules. Along with maintenance, the keyaspect of this role would be triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users,business process events, integration warnings/errors, etc. 

This role would require you to support the people team projects/integrations through solution design,testing, data loads and more. Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participatein training activities for members of the People department and end-users. 

This also requires you to maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company'sinternal / external audit controls and compliance practices. Monitor the efficacy and adoption of solutions,identifying problems ahead of stakeholders and surfacing opportunities to enhance or scale solutions tobetter support business needs. 

Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workdaysolution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with. Proactively monitor new featuresreleased by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans.

Key Responsibilities:

● Successful Workday Module Implementation using Workday's Implementation Methodology

● Creating & Implementing Change Management Plan 

● Expanding System capabilities 

● Creating knowledge articles and Job aids for end users 

● Prepare for and support twice-annual upgrades and annual HCM processes (performance,compensation, etc.) 

● Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules

● Build custom reports for People function and end-users 

Technical Experience:

● Workday Studio - Must have strong STUDIO integration experience and should be able to design,develop and test complex studio integrations independently. 

● Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object oriented programminglanguage (preferably J2EE) 

● Java 

● Should have very good experience with Cloud Connectors, CCW, Enterprise Interface Builders(EIB), Document Transformations (DT), Report Writer and BIRT 

● Should have hands on experience on PECI/PICOF (Integration types for Payroll)● Should have knowledge of Business Process Configuration, Security, and setting up IntegrationSystem User (ISU) Accounts. 

● Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML) 

Desired Experience:

● Workday functional experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Help Modules 

● 4+ years of Workday experience 

● Minimum 1 end to end workday implementation experience 

● Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration

● Experience in preparing materials and leading Delivery Assurance reviews 

● Experience in building custom reports as per the business requirements 

● Experience in developing functional business integration requirements 

● Experience with 3rd party integration providers 

● Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and stakeholder expectations

● Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
