We're on the hunt for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Deployment Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a knack for helping customers succeed. As a Deployment Officer, you'll be responsible for leading deployments, onboarding, and customer training.

You'll work closely with our global SaaS product, trusted by thousands of restaurants worldwide. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration and maximize the value of our software solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our software products and services
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships
  • Configuring client accounts according to their business requirements
  • Leading onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites
  • Conducting training sessions for restaurant staff
  • Sharing best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our software solutions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure
