Technical Integration Specialist

A leading provider of HR solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join their team.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our experts to design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • In addition, you will troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Another key aspect of the role will be creating technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
