Job Role:

This position involves leading a business unit and driving team performance. Key responsibilities include meeting daily service level metrics, providing mentorship and development to direct reports, and ensuring quality, customer experience, and efficiency requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, and delegation of workload
  • Driving strategy for assigned portfolio and providing regular updates on portfolio status and KPIs/Metrics
  • Transforming operations and implementing digital assets through standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking
  • Engaging with customers to understand and address pain points
  • Providing direction and mentorship to the operations team for goal delivery, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team
  • Aligning with customer goals and delivering on commitments consistently
  • Foreseeing risks, being proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans
  • Building impactful customer relationships and improving Net Promoter Score
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience:
  • Minimum 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects in the L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to managing large teams
  • Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time
