Product Manager Overview

This role focuses on delivering strategic products that drive business outcomes.

  • Liaise with the Product Owner to understand requirements and develop functional specifications in consultation with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlogs are well-groomed and maintained.
  • Ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of design and underpinning business process and requirements.
  • Capture and analyze business requirements and underlying business context.
  • Design key product areas from a functional perspective, working with technical teams to ensure practical and implementable designs.
  • Ensure designs consider existing functionality and wider impact on the product.
  • Guide testing teams in understanding requirements and ensuring proper coverage during various test phases.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for major developments in the domain.
  • Work on go-to-market plans.
  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding for consumer and commercial products.
  • Serve as single point of contact for new member/partner integrations.
  • Coordinate and manage activities associated with partner integration to facilitate go-live for consumer and commercial products.
  • Assist partners in creating go-to-market plans to maximize revenue and volumes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
  • Conduct UI/UX reviews to identify opportunities for increased conversions.
  • Train internal teams on new products and facilitate updating SOPs and consumer support processes.
