Insurance and Mutual Funds Business Development Specialist

The Opportunity
- Drive business growth by developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies for insurance and mutual funds.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted lead generation initiatives to attract potential clients through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries, and scheduling consultations with sales representatives to facilitate the sales process.
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition.
- Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide sales support by presenting insurance and mutual fund products to potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their choices.
- Achieve sales targets while working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in a related field is preferred.
