Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Ghostdraft Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in the Ghostdraft platform to create, edit, and manage templates, forms, and document types.

Responsibilities
  • Ghostdraft Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience in using and configuring the Ghostdraft platform is required.
  • Document Development: Strong skills in designing and developing complex documents using Ghostdraft are essential.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to capture content requirements and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless document integration with other systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of system development, document generation logic, and database integration is necessary.
  • Problem Solving & Support: Ability to identify and resolve document generation issues, formatting challenges, and automation bottlenecks, and provide ongoing support and enhancements for the document management processes.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams, and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in using and configuring the Ghostdraft platform.
  • Proficient in creating, editing, and managing templates, forms, and document types.
  • Strong skills in designing and developing complex documents using Ghostdraft.
  • Ability to work with structured data sources and configure document automation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
