Job Summary:

  • Responsible for design calculations, including FEED and Detailed engineering to ensure pipeline stability.
  • Proficient in software such as AutoPipe, DNV-Fatfree, Orcaflex, Sage Profile 3D, DNV-Stablelines, AGA, ABAQUS-AQUA, ANSYS AQWA, SACS, and CAESAR-II.
  • Familiar with codes like DNV-OS-F101, API-RP-1111, and API 5L.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Riser and Spool Flexibility Stress analysis, Crossing Design, Subsea Cable Flexible-on bottom stability, Cable crossing, and Cable Free span analysis on Orcaflex software.
  • Guide junior engineers and designers, providing expertise and mentorship.
  • Lead project teams with role-specific management leadership skills, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Manage pipeline procurement tasks, including MTO, Specs, Datasheets, MR, PR, TBE, PS, and Vendor Data Review.
  • Perform engineering design tasks, such as FEED, Detailed engineering, Onshore pipeline stress analysis, Pipeline Anchor block design, Pipeline Road River crossing design, HDD calculations, HDD vendor interface, Pipeline Alignment sheets checking, and Station approach drawings.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the field.
