We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Design Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves designing, planning, and executing transmission line and telecom tower projects with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare design calculations, structural analysis, and detailed tower drawings in compliance with international standards.
  • Develop bill of quantities, bill of materials, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Perform load analysis and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic transmission & substation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's in Engineering preferred).
  • 05–12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD) and ERP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IS, IEC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.).
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
