Senior Forms Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Forms Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and user-friendly forms solutions using AEM Forms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive forms strategies that align with business objectives. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define forms solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and architecting scalable, secure, and user-friendly forms solutions using AEM Forms.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive forms strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define forms solutions.
  • Leading the development of forms templates, themes, and components using AEM Forms.
  • Integrating AEM Forms with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEM Sites, Analytics).
  • Implementing automated workflows, approvals, and digital signatures using AEM Workflow.
  • Ensuring forms accessibility, usability, and compatibility across devices and browsers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to forms.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in AEM Forms development and architecture.
  • Strong expertise in AEM Forms 6.x/Cloud, AEM Workflow, and Adobe LiveCycle.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience with forms design tools (e.g., Adobe Designer, Form Builder).
  • Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
