As a KDP Customer Support Analyst, you will work closely with the publisher community to resolve issues and provide solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key in building trust and confidence with our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience handling multiple forms of direct customer inquiries via calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Adequate communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service in a fast-changing environment.
  • Computer navigation skills, including basic understanding of website/web browser usage.
  • Analytical skills, including research, replication, categorization, and documentation of customer issues.
  • Ability to understand complex problems and respond to authors.
