As an Application Lead, you will take charge of designing, building, and configuring applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business needs, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.


Your responsibilities include being a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating and managing the team to perform tasks effectively, making key decisions, engaging with multiple teams, providing solutions to problems for immediate and remote teams, mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and continuously assessing and improving application development processes to increase efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies, experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and tools, ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively, and familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.

Additional Requirements
  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
