About SmartVizX

We are leading design technology company, leveraging VR/AR to transform architectural design and project delivery. As part of our expanding Design & Build vertical, we are hiring an Architect with 34 years of experience in corporate interiors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute architectural designs for Design & Build projects
- Translate client requirements into creative, functional design solutions
- Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and design presentations
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and project timelines
- Innovate and contribute to the growth of SmartVizX's design offerings

Requirements:

- B.Arch with 34 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio in corporate interiors / Design & Build projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (or similar tools)
- Knowledge of materials, detailing & construction processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
