
Global HR Data Management Specialist

A highly skilled professional is needed to assist the Human Resources team in processing and reporting on employee and payroll data transactions.
This role involves working closely with employees, the HR team, external vendors, and government entities to ensure accurate data management.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Shared Services, process controls, data consistency, documentation, process improvement, and reporting.
This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources organization from our Global HRIS team. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and managing global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including process maps, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely and effective support through the Oracle HCM platform and other channels.
- Administering and maintaining Global HRIS, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud, to ensure data integrity and security for all employee groups.
- Supporting U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Providing system support and continuously optimizing global and regional HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to resolve complex HR-related transactions.
- Monitoring the HR Systems ticketing inbox for transactions.
- Cordinating the timely and accurate processing of payroll for various employee groups.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a ticketing system and achieving high resolution rates.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage a high volume of global inquiries professionally.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting HR reports.
- A Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience in HR operation, Human resources systems work, payroll audit or related area.
