Job Summary:

We are seeking a Planning Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and distribution planning, with experience in managing stock replenishment, defining safety stock norms, and ensuring on-time finished goods delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective distribution planning strategies to manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Collaborate with demand and supply teams to align plans and ensure stock availability
  • Maintain high stock freshness across all locations and develop strategies to reduce slow-moving obsolete inventory (SLOB)
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product positioning and promotions
  • Work closely with logistics and sales teams to optimize transportation costs and improve service levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, and distribution in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
