Insurance Operations Associate Role

  • Deliver meticulous administrative services, including data entry, data cleansing, and quality control of client and business partner information.
  • Execute submission logging duties with precision and participate in achieving a seamless month-end close process.
  • Manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions according to set targets and demonstrate ability to manage change effectively.
  • Follow organizational policies and participate in divisional and organizational activities.
Key Skills:
  • Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant systems.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory).
  • Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
  • Must be flexible to work in different shifts.
