About the Position
  • We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our passion for ethics and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 2 years of experience in compliance or a relevant field. They should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive results, and exhibit a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Due Diligence Reviews: Assist in managing due diligence reviews from inception to final disposition, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established procedures.
  2. Third-Party Approval Processes: Facilitate and manage high-risk third-party approval processes, maintaining meticulous records and monitoring progress closely.
  3. Policies and Procedures: Ensure proper retention and accessibility of due diligence packets, administer and maintain Company policies in the policy management system.
  4. Risk Management: Perform research and identify risks for mitigation measures, contributing to the development of effective risk management strategies.
  5. Conflict-of-Interest Processes: Manage conflict-of-interest processes and record retention, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
  6. Performance Metrics: Develop metrics for consistent reporting on program performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
